Based onsite in Bellevue, WA, this Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager role offers a salary range of USD 142,800 to 193,200 per year. You will lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing for the US, Canada, and Mexico subscriber base, designing automated programs across email, push, in-app, and outbound channels to activate, engage, and reduce early-tenure churn. This role supports Amazon Leo, an initiative to increase global broadband access via a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites to reach unserved communities.
Responsibilities
- Create and run the full subscriber lifecycle marketing plan from onboarding to mature tenure, defining the communication cadence, channel mix, and messaging for each stage of the journey
- Develop segmentation strategies in collaboration with Analytics, using behavioral data, tenure, plan type, and usage patterns to personalize communications
- Build and refine onboarding and activation programs to ensure new subscribers complete setup, achieve optimal antenna performance, and adopt key service features within 30 days
- Implement the lifecycle channel plan across email, push, in-app messaging, SMS, and call center, adjusting channel mix based on subscriber preferences and engagement data
- Plan and run A/B tests across messaging, timing, channel, and creative to continuously improve program performance and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with Subscriber Base Management to align communications with retention, growth, and reactivation efforts, including warm handoffs to save interventions, upsell/cross-sell messaging at natural lifecycle moments, and win-back sequences for churned subscribers via outbound channels
- Track and report lifecycle KPIs such as activation rate, feature adoption, engagement scores, and early-tenure churn contribution during weekly and monthly reviews
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define lifecycle marketing technology needs and influence the product roadmap to reduce manual operational burden
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Tableau to analyze and visualize data
