This part-time role supports sales, customer communication, marketing activities, and general operations for a home-based Indian and Pakistani clothing and jewelry business based in Plano, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Support sales of Indian and Pakistani clothing, jewelry, and accessories
- Communicate with customers professionally via social media, messages, and inquiries
- Assist with marketing and promotions on social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
- Support live selling sessions, online events, and post-purchase follow-up
- Help manage inventory, organize products, and track orders
- Assist with packaging, order preparation, and general business operations
- Maintain a positive customer experience and encourage repeat business
- Contribute ideas to grow the brand, improve marketing, and boost sales
Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, marketing, or small business support preferred
- Interest in fashion, jewelry, and women’s apparel
- Familiarity with Indian/Pakistani clothing styles strongly preferred
- Comfortable using social media for business promotion and customer engagement
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation preferred if local assistance is needed
- Flexible and willing to support a growing home-based business
