Based in Plano, Texas on-site, Prestonwood Christian Academy is seeking a Marketing Specialist to advance PCA’s mission and brand to prospective and current families. This role centers on managing PCA’s online presence and brand through website management, search engine optimization, paid advertising, branding initiatives, and event marketing across the PCA School System, including Plano, North, and Online programs.

Responsibilities

Oversee the PCA System and campus websites, define strategy, keep content current, collaborate with system website admins, optimize for search engines, and report analytics.
Shape brand strategy by establishing style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and the value proposition for both short and long term goals.
Assist the Sr. Director of Marketing with planning and execution of all print and online media buys.
Develop marketing plans for PCA School System, PCA Plano, PCA North, and PCA Online.
Create and manage promotional collateral to reinforce PCA branding, including templates for presentations and other resources.
Conduct competitor and customer insights analyses.
Occasional after-hours assignments, primarily on school nights.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A four-year college degree, with a concentration in marketing, communications, or the equivalent through training and experience.
Minimum three years’ experience marketing a brand in a professional environment.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, and Canva.
Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
Prestonwood Baptist Church member preferred.
