Job Description

Carlton Farms is seeking a hands-on Marketing and Content Specialist to manage and produce content across digital and print, leverage AI powered marketing tools, and drive broad brand ownership in collaboration with leadership and sales.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management: grow and nurture Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn; plan, create, schedule, and publish content aligned with marketing goals; monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and track performance; develop campaigns to raise brand awareness and audience interaction; showcase products, processes, and company culture.
Content Creation - Photo & Video: capture and edit product and facility photography; produce short form video content aligned with trends and campaigns; support storytelling through visual marketing assets.
Graphic Design & Brand Assets: design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and sales collateral; Retail POP and POS displays; digital ads and internal communications; ensure brand consistency across all materials; update and maintain website content.
AI Driven Marketing & Advertising: utilize AI tools daily for content creation, research, scheduling, and analysis; manage and optimize digital advertising on Meta and Google using AI powered tools; build and operate automated customer communication systems.
Product & Sales Support: create and maintain product spec sheets; support sales initiatives, events, and promotions; coordinate marketing deliverables across departments; maintain a promotional and campaign calendar.
General Marketing Operations: assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and company events; organize and maintain marketing asset libraries; collaborate with leadership and sales teams; perform additional marketing related duties as needed.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing or related field, preferred
Experience managing business social media accounts
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
Experience with print and digital marketing materials
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Strong written and visual communication skills
Website editing experience
Photography and videography skills

Work Environment

Full-time, hourly position
Onsite role located in Carlton, Oregon
Role requires the ability to work in a food manufacturing and meat processing environment, including exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and allergens. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.

Technical & Industry Experience

Experience with AI marketing tools such as Claude, Omnisend, or OpenClaw
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and analytics platforms
Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences preferred

Additional

Interest in food, agriculture, or Oregon’s culinary identity is a plus

Job Description

The Marketing Manager at Innovative Refrigeration Systems will drive growth by strengthening the marketing function across all business units and affiliated brands. The role oversees day-to-day marketing execution, go-to-market strategy, campaigns, and demand-generation results.

Compensation

USD 85,000 - 120,000 per year

Responsibilities

Oversee the go-to-market strategy and marketing roadmap for the core engineering, construction, and aftermarket industrial refrigeration business, along with enterprise B2B SaaS offerings. This includes website properties, paid search and social campaigns, reviews and case studies, audience insights, sales and print collateral, tradeshow presence, and social media management.
Develop a thought leadership content program for Innovative and its subsidiary SaaS services, encompassing blogs, case studies, testimonials, and videos.
Lead marketing strategy across multiple channels, including messaging, paid campaigns, inbound demand generation, print and web media, and partner co-marketing.
Build and maintain the marketing stack including analytics, automation, and CRM; supervise agencies, contractors, and internal staff as needed while quantifying overall impact.
Plan and execute logistics and strategy for multi-industry tradeshows and customer or partner events to maximize visibility for the company.
Collaborate with Product and Sales to share competitive and industry insights, monitor market trends, discuss pricing, and deliver sales enablement materials.

Requirements

Three to five years of experience in marketing, digital, content, or design roles.
Experience delivering complex marketing projects from planning through execution.
Experience managing complex web properties and CMS systems such as Webflow.
Proven ability to develop go-to-market messaging for technical products.
Experience coordinating creative vendors and contractors.
Ability to travel for tradeshows and events as needed.
