Regional Marketing Director

Sonrisas Dental Center is hiring a Regional Marketing Director to expand patient growth across multiple offices in the Austin area. This role focuses on digital content ownership, new patient acquisition, budget and KPI management, and consistent community and referral outreach across assigned locations.

Location and Work Schedule

Austin, TX (onsite, in person). The role includes attending community events, including weekends, often working solo.

Compensation

• $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
• $75,000/year base plus a quarterly performance bonus
• Quarterly bonus is tied to Google reviews, new patient acquisition, and cost per acquisition

Key Responsibilities

• Own digital content, including posts and stories, supporting community and patient engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.
• Drive new patient acquisition through events, community partnerships, and direct outreach.
• Set and manage the yearly marketing budget, and establish monthly and quarterly KPIs to guide performance.
• Evaluate each new initiative based on its cost to determine ROI before scaling.
• Build relationships with local schools and community organizations, including attending their events (often working solo).
• Conduct site visits to referring offices and develop/refine relationships through continuous communication.
• Create monthly plans for referrals and patient acquisition, maintaining independence in executing those plans.
• Develop new strategies, set goals, and own the budget to achieve targets.
• Perform monthly and quarterly analysis against KPIs.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in healthcare or dental marketing.
• Hands-on experience creating social content and supporting community events.
• Experience with budget management and data-driven ROI analysis.
• Ability to work independently at events and on weekends.
