This onsite role in Horsham, PA sits within a practical marketing team where you’ll collaborate with an in-house creative lead, optimize campaigns, and shape how marketing activities convert to measurable results. The position offers ownership and direct visibility into how marketing moves the business forward.

- Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified inbound leads.
- Managing and improving paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Building and refining landing pages and conversion funnels.

- Review performance data.
- Coordinate with developers or external vendors when needed.

How this role fits
The marketing team currently covers creative production, content, and marketing systems. This role will take the lead on demand generation and acquisition, while working closely with the rest of the team to improve overall marketing performance. The aim is to build a stronger, more complete marketing function over time, not merely to add headcount.
What you’ll actually be doing
- Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified inbound leads.
- Managing and improving paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Building and refining landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Evaluate performance regularly, identify what is working and what is not, and make adjustments accordingly.
- Explore new ways to generate demand, rather than relying solely on established tactics.
Working across the rest of marketing
Because the team is small, this role will also be involved in other areas of marketing, particularly in collaboration with the in-house creative lead. You will not be expected to drive creative direction, but you will help shape how creative assets support lead generation, contribute to messaging, deploy video and visual content across campaigns, improve SEO and organic visibility, work within HubSpot to understand lead movement, review performance data, and coordinate with developers or external vendors when needed. While lead generation is core, the broader goal is to strengthen the marketing function as a whole.
Why this role is worth considering
The position offers a level of ownership uncommon in more structured environments, with direct visibility into how your work drives business results. You’ll collaborate with an experienced internal team and contribute beyond a single area of focus in a straightforward, practical environment with clear expectations and autonomy.
What you’ll get
Salary: USD 80,000 – 90,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
About the role
Location: Onsite in Horsham, PA (not remote). Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday.
