Sales and Marketing Professional

AUC Filter, Inc. is hiring a Sales and Marketing Manager in Fort Worth, TX (onsite) to grow U.S. sales through distributor partnerships and hands-on marketing execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and commercial customers
• Negotiate product pricing, supply agreements, and other business terms
• Create and carry out sales strategies to increase revenue and extend market reach
• Plan and manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media marketing
• Track sales and advertising performance, oversee marketing budgets, and provide results to management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in sales, marketing, business development, or channel management
• Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship-building
• Experience with online advertising, digital marketing, and sales strategy
• Working knowledge of B2B sales, distributor relationships, and wholesale business
• Preferred: experience in industrial products, air filtration, or HVAC
