- Design and execute multi-channel, data-driven campaigns that move prospective students from inquiry to application, admission, enrollment deposit, and orientation registration.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform messaging, targeting, and channel selection.
- Build and maintain an annual enrollment marketing calendar covering campaign timing, content production deadlines, publishing schedules, and key enrollment milestones.
- Partner with the Director of Recruitment to align campaign strategy with territory-based recruitment goals, yield targets, and pipeline priorities.
- Manage and grow TSU Enrollment Management’s digital presence, including enrollment-specific web pages, landing pages, social media accounts, and email marketing platforms.
- Create and publish on-brand digital content for prospective students and families across the enrollment journey, including videos, graphics, testimonials, program spotlights, financial aid information, and event promotions.
- Manage the social media content calendar, posting cadence, and community engagement; monitor and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely, professional manner.
- Plan, execute, and analyze targeted digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate inquiries, drive traffic to enrollment landing pages, and optimize for conversion.

- Build and manage prospective student communication workflows within the CRM, including email drips, text sequences, event invitations, and decision deadline reminders by student type, funnel stage, and enrollment status.
- Maintain a library of communication templates across the enrollment cycle (inquiry through orientation), ensuring accuracy, personalization, and brand alignment.
- Coordinate with the Office of Financial Aid to ensure timely, accurate financial aid communications that support yield and reduce barriers, particularly for Pell-eligible and first-generation students.
- Develop targeted communication sequences with the Director of Recruitment for transfer students, dual-credit completers, military-affiliated students, and students in key geographic markets.
- Ensure CRM communication workflows are tested, maintained, and updated each enrollment cycle with current deadlines, program information, and institutional messaging.
- Conceptualize, write, design, and produce enrollment marketing materials in digital and print formats (brochures, viewbooks, postcards, banners, fact sheets, email graphics, social assets, digital ads, video scripts, and presentation decks).
- Ensure marketing materials align with TSU institutional brand standards, visual identity, and messaging guidelines in coordination with the University’s central Communications and Marketing office.
- Maintain an organized library of approved marketing assets (photography, video, copy, and brand resources) for Admission Counselors, Transfer Recruiters, and other Division staff.
- Oversee print recruitment material production and inventory, coordinating with vendors on design, print, and fulfillment timelines and budgets.
- Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies for Division enrollment events (open houses, campus visit programs, admitted student days, scholarship receptions, transfer fairs, orientation registration campaigns, and virtual enrollment programs).
- Create event promotional content across digital and print channels and manage pre-event communications and post-event follow-up conversion.
- Partner with the Director of New Student Orientation on marketing and communications support for orientation programming, including pre-enrollment communications for incoming students, families, and transfer students.
- Support Financial Aid, Transfer Services, and Military and Veteran Affairs offices with marketing and communications materials for office-specific programs, campaigns, and student-facing events as needed.
- Track and analyze initiative performance using CRM data, web analytics (Google Analytics or equivalent), social insights, and enrollment funnel data; prepare regular performance reports for the Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management.
- Use data to evaluate ROI across channels and campaigns and make evidence-based budget and strategy recommendations.

- Partner with the Enrollment Management Data Analyst to integrate enrollment funnel data with marketing analytics.
- Serve as the primary enrollment marketing liaison to TSU’s central University Communications and Marketing office, coordinating alignment with university-wide brand and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with academic deans, department chairs, and program directors to develop program-specific recruitment marketing content.
- Work with the Office of Alumni Relations and Student Affairs on cross-promotional opportunities aligned to enrollment goals.
- Participate in Division-wide planning, staff meetings, and strategic initiatives as assigned.
