Job Description

Build B2B demand through end-to-end integrated campaigns with a role focused on delivery, reporting, and optimization. Hygiena LLC supports your growth with PTO and holidays, strong benefits, a 401(k) with employer contributions, tuition reimbursement, and structured tools and templates to help you execute consistently. This position supports cross-channel execution across multiple digital and offline touchpoints while keeping campaigns aligned to KPIs and the buyer journey.

What you’ll do

  • Own the project plan and delivery record for each assigned integrated marketing initiative in the team’s work management platform, from intake and kickoff through launch and wrap-up.
  • Build and maintain tasks, owners, dependencies, and dates for every initiative; keep status current and raise risks early with impact and options to committed date or scope.
  • Run kickoffs, status checkpoints, and retrospectives, and document decisions and next steps.
  • Execute approved campaign plans across email and marketing automation, webinars, events, digital and print advertising, and social media.
  • Develop campaign creative tactics as needed, including gated content, sales enablement materials, and video, mapping assets to stages of the customer buying journey with the goal of moving buyers toward sales-accepted opportunities.
  • Plan and maintain the LinkedIn and social content calendar for assigned campaigns, aligned to launch dates and the buying journey stage each post supports.
  • Create global playbooks and campaign collections (assets, messaging, timelines, and execution guidance) for regional teams to translate and localize.
  • Execute campaigns directly for English-only markets; for other markets, support launch by providing guidance while regional marketers own translation and in-market execution.
  • Produce deliverables from approved templates and brand standards, route each asset through review and approval workflows before launch, and deliver launch-ready materials on schedule.
  • Provide market and competitor research inputs for campaign briefs owned by the Manager, Integrated Marketing.
  • Own launch timeline for paid search elements following Paid Search Lead standards, and provide briefs for landing pages shared with the Web & eBusiness team.
  • Analyze assigned campaigns against KPIs and OKRs, including contribution to MQL, ARR, and FYRC targets; identify gaps, analyze likely causes, and recommend corrective actions and optimization tactics.
  • Publish recurring campaign results and project status reporting using CRM and web analytics systems of record, including what happened vs. target and recommended next steps.
  • Maintain templates, intake forms, and workflow standards used by the team, and recommend improvements for Manager approval.
  • Follow organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures, including relevant legal mandates; seek guidance when needed.
  • Participate in the safety program by following requirements in the Safety Manual and Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP), and complete responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.
  • Perform additional duties as delegated by the Manager, Integrated Marketing.
