Job Description

As a key contributor, you will lead pursuit efforts, collaborate with business development, technical and marketing colleagues, and build out CRB’s marketing library with project descriptions, resumes and boilerplate. The role demands strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced proposals environment while advancing regional client-facing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Supervise employees and/or assignments in accordance with company policies.
Operate independently with general guidance from marketing and technical leaders.
Manage and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced proposal environment.
Collaborate with business development, technical and marketing team members across the company to gather information and update content.
Contribute to CRB’s marketing library with pursuit-related content, including project descriptions, resumes and boilerplate.
Support the development and coordination of proposal responses, statements of qualifications and interview presentations.
Develop sales collateral with accurate, brand-aligned and compelling content that showcases CRB’s expertise and experience.
Provide quality assurance reviews for grammar, consistency, formatting and compliance with client requirements.
Support the team’s workload planning, process improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Leverage marketing expertise to support regional client-facing initiatives, including but not limited to, tradeshows, events, meetings and advertising.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field.
Minimum of eight years of marketing experience, preferably in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint) and CRM (Dynamics preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Team-oriented, proactive mindset with the confidence to work independently when needed.
Experience leading the response to RFIs, RFPs and RFQs in a professional services environment.
Advanced graphics, document layout, editing and proofreading skills.

Job Description

Siemens seeks a Finance Business Partner for Marketing to work onsite in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

Partner with the global CMO and North America leadership, delivering financial insight, guidance, and constructive challenge to support sustainable growth and profitability.
Lead North America Marketing FP&A, including planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
Monitor marketing performance metrics and collaborate with senior leaders to evaluate and improve return on investment across programs and channels.
Analyze pipeline and demand generation economics, including pipeline generation, MQL/SQL conversion, revenue impact, cost per lead/opportunity, and pipeline efficiency.
Assess channel investment and value optimization, reviewing ROI across paid media, SEO/organic, events, and campaigns.
Evaluate funnel and growth performance from awareness to retention, identifying conversion trends and improvement opportunities.
Analyze customer economics, including CAC, LTV/CAC ratio, payback period, and marketing sourced ARR.
Provide financial input to support go-to-market strategies, including product launches and market expansion.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop and refine marketing opportunity models.
Identify data trends and deliver actionable insights to enable informed decision making.
Investigate performance trends and anomalies, determine root causes, and recommend next steps.
Drive FP&A digital initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and AI adoption, such as Product P&L, ARR bridge, and churn prediction.
Work with Business Intelligence teams to build and enhance automated reporting and dashboards.
Support the development of real-time insights into marketing and sales performance metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in financial analytics, sales or marketing analytics, or SaaS advisory/consulting, including programs that develop finance talent.
Experience building financial models analyzing customers, products, or sales performance.
Strong experience with digital tools and automation (Power BI, KNIME, Alteryx, Snowflake); familiarity with Anaplan is a plus.
Exposure to applying AI to improve financial analysis, reporting, or operational efficiency.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Familiarity with key sales and marketing metrics such as CAC, MQL/SQL, conversion rates, AOV, TCV, and LTV.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and related analytics tools (e.g., Clari) is a plus.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to senior team members.
