The position emphasizes connecting messaging and execution across web, email, social media, events, webinars, partner channels, paid media, thought leadership, and account-based marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an annual and quarterly marketing plan aligned with Blueprint’s growth priorities, solution areas, strategic partnerships, industry focus, and Client Development goals.
  • Build and maintain a messaging architecture spanning company story, solution portfolio, industry expertise, strategic partnerships, customer outcomes, and differentiated intellectual property across channels.
  • Create an integrated marketing calendar with defined audiences, messages, offers, channels, owners, timelines, budgets, conversion paths, and success measures.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across web, email, social media, events, webinars, partner channels, paid media, thought leadership, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Client Development and solution leaders on demand-generation and account-expansion programs that support qualified pipeline and stronger customer relationships.
  • Own campaign planning from initial brief through launch and follow-up, ensuring content, creative, audience, lead routing, seller engagement, and measurement are connected.
  • Guide development of blogs, case studies, customer stories, white papers, webinars, podcasts, presentations, landing pages, newsletters, and other market-facing content with an emphasis on measurable customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical expertise and customer outcomes into differentiated stories for executive, business, and technical audiences.
  • Create a repeatable customer-proof program capturing quantified outcomes, customer perspectives, technical credibility, and reusable evidence in a consistent format.
  • Maintain brand voice and messaging standards across website, social channels, events, sales, recruiting, and internal materials.
  • Balance partner visibility with a cohesive narrative about Blueprint’s broader capabilities, solutions, industries, and business value.
  • Manage partner marketing activity including joint campaigns, events, seller enablement, customer proof, co-marketing opportunities, and follow-up aligned to measurable business goals.
  • Oversee sales enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, case studies, proposal templates, battlecards, and executive pursuit content.
  • Manage website content and digital performance including solution and industry pages, campaign landing pages, email programs, social presence, search visibility, and coordination with internal and external resources.
  • Improve digital conversion journeys by aligning messaging, offers, calls to action, forms, lead capture, routing, follow-up, and measurement from first engagement through qualified conversation.
  • Establish content governance and lifecycle processes to audit, refresh, consolidate, repurpose, or retire outdated assets for improved discoverability and reuse.
  • Build a social and editorial strategy balancing customer proof, solution education, subject matter expertise, executive perspective, partner activity, events, and company culture.
  • Turn conferences, webinars, and partner events into integrated campaigns with defined audiences, pre-event outreach, on-site activation, seller coordination, post-event follow-up, content reuse, and attributable results.
  • Establish lead-management and campaign-follow-up processes with Client Development and Sales Operations to ensure engagement is captured, routed, acted on, and measured.
  • Define and monitor marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting across engagement, conversion, campaign performance, lead flow, pipeline contribution, partner activity, content performance, search visibility, and channel effectiveness.
  • Use campaign, customer, market, and competitive insights to improve targeting, messaging, investment decisions, and future programs.
  • Manage marketing budget, vendors, agencies, freelancers, tools, timelines, and deliverables with clear priorities and accountability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing Coordinator by setting priorities, clarifying ownership, removing barriers, reviewing work, and creating opportunities for growth.
  • Improve marketing processes, documentation, asset organization, automation, and AI-enabled workflows without adding unnecessary complexity.

Required Qualifications

  • Three to five years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including ownership of integrated campaigns and experience leading people, vendors, agencies, or complex cross-functional work.
  • Experience in a technology, consulting, professional services, data, AI, cloud, or similarly complex B2B environment.
  • Ability to connect marketing strategy and execution to demand generation, sales enablement, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong writing, editing, messaging, and storytelling skills to clarify technical subject matter while maintaining credibility.
