AI coding & Marketing Assistant

GTB FREIGHT offers a hybrid role in Fishers, IN (46040) with a flexible schedule for an AI Coding & Marketing Assistant. You’ll help keep coding workflows moving while supporting clear, accurate marketing content creation using AI tools. The position also partners closely with the CEO to support day-to-day operations and related business functions, including ideas for streamlining and improved visibility.

What you’ll do

• Use AI tools to draft and refine marketing materials, verify details, and help coordinate content tasks.
• Support day-to-day operations with the CEO and help streamline operational processes.
• Work on Google Maps and SEO optimization, along with advertising support.
• Build a B2B strategy while also helping streamline operational staff.
• Use AI to assist with research, drafting, and organization, then review outputs for accuracy, privacy, and alignment with coding guidelines.
• Contribute to company operations by assisting with related functions and bringing forward ideas that support clearer execution.

What you bring

• Clear writing skills for marketing content and documentation.
• Careful attention to detail, especially when verifying information and reviewing AI outputs.
• Comfort using digital tools for content workflows and operational tasks.
• AI-assisted content or marketing experience is a plus.

Pay
