This contract role focuses on executing and optimizing Hireology's paid media program across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and display/programmatic channels to generate a qualified pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end paid media campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic/display networks, from initial setup and targeting through ongoing optimization.
- Monitor budget pacing and bidding strategies to ensure spend supports pipeline and revenue goals.
- Create and test audience segments leveraging first-party data, 6Sense intent signals, and platform targeting to reach in-market accounts across Hireology's core verticals.
- Plan and run A/B tests for ad copy, creative, landing pages, and audiences, document outcomes, and identify elements for scaling.
- Maintain accurate conversion tracking and clean UTM tagging in partnership with Operations to ensure reliable attribution from click to close.
- Provide creative direction to internal content and design teams for channel-specific ad assets.
- Stay informed about platform updates and emerging tactics relevant to our channels and audience.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on paid media experience, including both paid search and paid social.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize toward pipeline or revenue KPIs, not just vanity metrics.
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, UTM strategy, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to ramp quickly and work independently with light supervision.
- Experience generating performance reports and translating data into clear optimization decisions.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform for lead tracking and attribution.
- Experience with ABM or intent platforms such as 6Sense, Demandbase, or similar.
