This onsite role in New York, NY oversees social media strategy for JPMorganChase's Commercial Bank, with a salary range of USD 90,250 to 145,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Build a solid understanding of the Innovation Economy business, customer behaviors, and the competitive landscape to guide messaging, brand building, client engagement, and relationship deepening.
- Create messaging frameworks and an organic content playbook informed by audience insights, banker input, and competitive intelligence; convert these into an editorial plan aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the development of organic and banker activation content, prioritizing initiatives, establishing a cadence, collaborating with internal and external creative teams, and defining success metrics that promote adoption, reuse, and performance.
- Craft end-to-end messaging and social content journeys around tentpole events, in collaboration with Events and Communications teams.
- Collaborate with Center of Excellence teams to select optimal channels for distribution, conduct test-and-learn pilots on new platforms, and stay current on platform developments that influence social strategy.
- Extract campaign insights and trends to refine tactics, boost results, and improve efficiency.
- Act as the social content performance expert, advising the broader Innovation Economy Marketing team on formats, imagery, and messaging that yield the strongest results.
- Translate month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter results into KPI insights and executive-ready narratives.
- Create a program to mobilize bankers as brand ambassadors and train them on social selling best practices.
- Define and own the KPI framework and benchmarks for organic content engagement, in collaboration with Analytics; monitor end-to-end performance across traffic, engagement, and earned media value.
Requirements
- 5+ years in social media strategy, employee advocacy/ambassador programs, and/or brand social, plus a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience translating business goals into channel plans, content direction, and measurable outcomes through marketing and social strategies.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and broader platform best practices, functionality, and emerging features to maximize reach and engagement; maintain current awareness as platforms evolve.
- Develop and run an always-on content strategy and editorial calendar by partnering with stakeholders to source stories, produce assets, and tailor content for each channel to drive engagement and outcomes.
- Produce regular performance reporting—monthly and quarterly—that demonstrates program value; translate MoM/QoQ results into KPI insights and executive-ready narratives, using analytics to identify issues, opportunities, and optimizations.
- Thrives in matrixed environments; collaborates across business teams, COEs, vendors, and agencies; offers fresh ideas and creative problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient with enterprise dashboards and tools including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, ThoughtSpot; capable of delivering polished PowerPoint presentations.
