Job Description

Servpro is hiring a Performance Marketing Analyst onsite in Broadview, IL to own paid growth, marketing analytics, and AI-powered systems across four franchise accounts in the greater Chicago area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Google Ads end to end for all four franchise accounts, including campaign structure, budgets, bidding, ad copy, keywords, and match-type strategy.
  • Run week-over-week and multi-week performance analyses; spot and address issues the same day (spend spikes, broad-match blowouts, runaway clicks).
  • Perform search-term audits and maintain negative-keyword lists by category (competitor brands, wrong service lines, DIY/research queries, cross-franchise negatives).
  • Identify and eliminate wasted spend; design and execute budget-reallocation plans across campaigns and locations.
  • Improve Quality Scores, tighten match types, and migrate to smart bidding (for example, Target CPA) when conversion volume supports it.
  • Ensure conversion-tracking integrity so calls, forms, and leads are measured correctly.
  • Understand restoration unit economics across water, fire, mold, biohazard, and commercial service lines and tie decisions to booked jobs and revenue.
  • Manage LSA account health by location, including velocity, response rate, and lead disputes (LSA is the lowest-CPA channel and must remain healthy).
  • Optimize Google Business Profile for LSA eligibility and local visibility: categories, Q&A seeding, and review-language shaping aligned to service + location + problem.
  • Maintain consistent NAP citations and off-domain entity signals to support local presence and AI-answer-engine visibility (AEO/GEO) for each location.
  • Maintain the live data layer (Supermetrics feeding Google Ads data) and pull fresh data before making performance claims.
  • Build dashboards and visualizations using Looker Studio, Tableau, or equivalent; deliver clear weekly performance reporting to franchise leadership.
  • Track the funnel stage by stage: click → lead → qualified → booked job → completed → review/referral and identify where it leaks.
  • Own attribution discipline, including CRM (DASH) lead-source naming convention and the offline-conversion path back into Google Ads.
  • Build and integrate AI-powered systems for the marketing team using Claude and its MCP connectors (Supermetrics and others).
  • Maintain and extend the AI Google Ads strategist (a Claude Project that runs analysis, flags issues, and drafts strategy from live data).
  • Train the team on AI-accelerated workflows (such as analysis in Excel) to reduce manual data wrangling each week.
  • Continuously evaluate tooling that increases output without adding headcount.
  • Run organic presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit to support lead generation and brand authority.
  • Produce leadership LinkedIn content via ghostwriting in the owner’s voice to attract insurance carriers, commercial property managers, enterprise accounts, and government contracts.
  • Create case-study and authority content that differentiates locations from other franchises.
  • Keep the marketing operating system running: priority/tracker discipline, weekly and monthly meeting rhythm, and clear KPIs by role.
  • Coordinate with sales/marketing, in-house ads, office, and call-intake to keep lead handoff and source-tagging clean.
  • Lead, mentor, or manage marketing team members; enforce tracker and cadence accountability.
  • Interface with external partners (for example, the Google Ads account team) and represent the marketing function in leadership reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of relevant working experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Proven track record managing five-to-six-figure monthly budgets in Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Ads budget management.
  • Deep understanding of the shift from SEO-Geo (local/generative) to AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
  • Expertise with AI marketing tools, including implementing AI to improve workflow efficiency and campaign optimization.
