Job Description

Roland Park Place invites a creative and organized Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing team onsite in Baltimore, MD. The role focuses on sharing stories, events, and experiences that define the community, by creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns, and collaborating with residents, associates, and leadership to strengthen brand presence. Salary is USD 26 - 28 per hourly.

Responsibilities

Create and manage content calendars for social media, blogs, newsletters, and email communications.
Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns focused on community news, events, and strategic initiatives.
Manage and publish timely, relevant, and engaging content across company social media platforms and executive pages.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend SEO and engagement improvements.
Capture community events through photography and video to create compelling marketing content.
Write, edit, and produce content for websites, newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels.
Identify and develop resident and associate stories that highlight the unique culture of Roland Park Place.
Create, update, and audit printed and digital marketing materials in accordance with brand standards.
Assist with public relations efforts and coordinate with advertising agencies as needed.
Help plan and manage photography and video shoots, including organizing related assets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience with social media platforms, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and Canva or similar creative software.
Basic website management and SEO knowledge.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Description

The Internal Marketing and Communications Associate role at Erickson Senior Living focuses on developing, managing, and executing internal communications strategies for internal stakeholders. Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day project management of internal communications initiatives and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
Develop enterprise wide communication strategies aligned with the business needs of principal stakeholders.
Craft, evaluate, and edit communications for employee audiences across multiple channels.
Gather information, conduct research, and conduct interviews with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce materials.
Create and track creative tasks in the project management system and manage project workflow.
Ensure adherence to branding guidelines, templates, and tools for internal and external documents.

Requirements
