Job Description
The Internal Marketing and Communications Associate role at Erickson Senior Living focuses on developing, managing, and executing internal communications strategies for internal stakeholders. This onsite position is based in Baltimore, MD, with three days per week spent in Catonsville, and offering a salary range of USD 60,000 to 70,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day project management of internal communications initiatives and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Develop enterprise wide communication strategies aligned with the business needs of principal stakeholders.
- Craft, evaluate, and edit communications for employee audiences across multiple channels.
- Gather information, conduct research, and conduct interviews with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce materials.
- Create and track creative tasks in the project management system and manage project workflow.
- Ensure adherence to branding guidelines, templates, and tools for internal and external documents.
- Prepare agendas and lead stakeholder meetings, present materials as needed, and maintain accurate records of stakeholder requests.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of marketing, communications, and sales strategies.
- Ability to write strategies, plans, and content for a variety of audiences and channels.
- Capability to establish credibility and cultivate relationships at multiple levels within the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Solid project management, problem solving, and decision-making skills, including critical and analytical thinking.
