Marketing Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement client email marketing campaigns in line with strategy
• Monitor campaign analytics and results for clients and internal teams
• Maintain regular contact with clients to review current marketing efforts and plans
• Foster durable client relationships through phone and email communication
• Propose solutions and resolve issues to help retain clients
• Maintain accurate contact and account records within the CRM

• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking capability
• Experience delivering superior customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Skill in analyzing information and delivering effective solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Experience with database or CRM software
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, public relations, advertising, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Willingness to work in a team-based atmosphere and take direction from leadership
• Previous work experience demonstrating interaction and service
