Responsibilities
- Implement client email marketing campaigns in line with strategy
- Monitor campaign analytics and results for clients and internal teams
- Maintain regular contact with clients to review current marketing efforts and plans
- Foster durable client relationships through phone and email communication
- Propose solutions and resolve issues to help retain clients
- Maintain accurate contact and account records within the CRM

- Skill in analyzing information and delivering effective solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Experience with database or CRM software
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, public relations, advertising, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Willingness to work in a team-based atmosphere and take direction from leadership
- Previous work experience demonstrating interaction and service
