Job Description

Remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager for Mom & Baby at Aeroflow Health leads data-driven lifecycle email, SMS, and MMS campaigns and cross-functional initiatives across six product verticals to engage expectant and new moms.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously identify opportunities and present data-driven recommendations to enhance lifecycle performance, customer experience, and business outcomes.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive lifecycle journey across email, SMS, and MMS, spotting gaps and opportunities for engagement and conversion; align with cross-functional partners on the broader customer experience.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on potential business impact, customer value, technical complexity, and organizational priorities.
  • Lead segmentation and personalization efforts to deliver timely, relevant messages tied to customer behavior and lifecycle stage.
  • Ensure lifecycle programs complement site experiences, landing pages, and funnel initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Creative to align messaging with content themes, brand storytelling, tone, and design standards.
  • Develop and optimize a portfolio of lifecycle templates and creative examples for ongoing improvement.
  • Work with MarTech to scope, test, and deploy automated journeys, dynamic content, and advanced segmentation; specify tagging, triggers, and personalization logic; coordinate feasibility and implementation with MarTech and WebDev.
  • Support migrating legacy campaigns into Braze, ensuring smooth transitions in partnership with MarTech.
  • Analyze performance data, customer behavior, and journey insights to refine lifecycle strategies.
  • Own lifecycle campaign performance by monitoring results, identifying root causes, and implementing optimizations that move key metrics.
  • Track and report lifecycle KPIs (engagement, conversion, lifetime value) in line with Marketing leadership priorities, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Work with Brand Marketing and E-commerce to ensure lifecycle efforts reinforce integrated campaigns, product launches, merchandising initiatives, and seasonal priorities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, MarTech, Sales Operations, WebDev, and Consumer Insights to align communications with funnel strategies and business goals.
  • Coordinate with the MarTech team to translate lifecycle strategies into technically feasible builds optimized for performance.
  • Clearly communicate lifecycle strategies, recommendations, and performance insights to cross-functional stakeholders and Marketing leadership.
  • Support customer research initiatives such as surveys and feedback campaigns to inform lifecycle planning, in partnership with Marketing leadership; perform related duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–6+ years in lifecycle and channel marketing (email and SMS), with experience in direct-to-consumer, eCommerce, or consumer health/wellness; strong grasp of customer journey mapping and lifecycle strategy.
  • Hands-on Braze experience (or similar tools such as Iterable or Klaviyo), including automated journeys, segmentation, and campaign migrations.
  • Proven ability to write compelling email and SMS copy and align messaging with brand voice and performance goals.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring lifecycle campaigns are thoroughly reviewed, accurately executed, and optimized before launch.
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B or multivariate tests, applying insights to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Ability to interpret customer behavior and campaign performance using analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, Tableau, or similar) to inform recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration (experience with Jira is a plus).
  • Critical thinker with a builder mindset, ownership from strategy through execution, focus on business growth, and commitment to HIPAA/patient confidentiality.
