Job Description

Role focused on building and maintaining marketing tech, attribution and CRM integrations, data pipelines, and automation to drive lead generation, conversion tracking, and revenue insights.

Responsibilities

  • Connect key advertising platforms including Meta CAPI, Google Offline Conversions, TikTok Events API, and DSPs to the CRM and internal data systems
  • Design and maintain event pipelines for conversions, revenue signals, and lead scoring
  • Oversee UTMs, attribution rules, and the overall tracking infrastructure
  • Deploy server-side tracking and conversion APIs to enhance data reliability
  • Link SEO, SEM, and paid social tools with analytics and revenue datasets
  • Manage data and attribution processes to support insights
  • Architect closed-loop attribution and feedback mechanisms within platforms
  • Create dashboards mapping spend to leads, revenue, profit, and lifetime value (LTV)
  • Develop contribution-based ROI models across channels
  • Maintain data hygiene across CRM and analytics tools
  • Collaborate on cohort analyses and performance insights
  • Provide statistical and business context to media buying decisions
  • Automate reporting, dashboards, and weekly analysis workflows
  • Convert call transcripts into summaries and structured CRM data
  • Automate outbound nurture and follow-up sequences
  • Leverage predictive and ML signals for lead quality and LTV forecasting

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Experience with Cloudflare tools
  • Cloud or server infrastructure experience (GCP, AWS, or similar)
  • Version control and deployment fundamentals (Git)
  • Proficiency with CSS and Tailwind CSS (preferred)
  • Background in high-ticket lead-gen environments (finance, legal, tax, etc.)
  • Build workflows for lead routing, scoring, and enrichment
  • Validate, reject, or categorize leads based on defined rules
  • Ensure CRM data consistency for forecasting and revenue reporting
  • Code lightweight tools, internal apps, and automation scripts
  • Work with webhooks, REST APIs, and data pipelines
  • Perform root cause analysis on tracking breaks and lead flow issues
  • Maintain documentation for systems and processes
  • Experience in full-stack development (CSS/Tailwind CSS preferred but not required)
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and authentication
  • Familiarity with ad platform APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs)
  • Experience in marketing agencies or marketing-focused projects
  • Paid acquisition performance knowledge (SEM, Paid Social, DSP)
  • Conversion tracking, pixels, and server-side events
  • Knowledge of attribution models (last touch, multi-touch, MMM, incrementality)
  • Online funnel architecture (LP → form → CRM → sales)
  • Lead gen and appointment-setting funnel experience
  • AI and automation expectations for 2025–2026
  • LLM agent workflows (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
  • Prompt engineering and structured output design
  • Workflow orchestration and chaining
  • Experience with call tracking systems (CallRail, Invoca, Twilio, Nextiva)
  • Experience with co-branded partnership attribution
  • Offline conversion feedback loops

Compensation and Location

  • Location: Costa Mesa, CA (onsite)
  • Salary: USD 90,000 - 100,000 per year
