Job Description
The LCF Group, Inc is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead direct marketing initiatives targeting small businesses within our fintech environment. This onsite role in New Hyde Park, NY blends strategy, data, and hands on execution. The position offers a competitive salary in the USD 110,000 to 145,000 per year range and a benefits package designed to support health, retirement, and work-life balance.

Responsibilities
- Own and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy (email, SMS, paid media, and more) aimed at driving direct sales from small business customers
- Leverage, segment, and deeply penetrate the existing database to maximize conversion and lifetime value across all funnel stages
- Identify and develop new lead sources to expand the addressable market and reduce reliance on any single channel
- Partner with IT and engineering to scope, prioritize, and build marketing technology solutions required for scale
- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to continually improve targeting, messaging, and ROI
- Define and own marketing KPIs, regularly reporting to leadership on pipeline contribution and revenue impact
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 in a senior or director level role focused on direct or performance marketing
- Proven track record driving revenue through email, SMS, and paid media, ideally in a B2SMB context
- Strong database marketing instincts: segmentation, lifecycle programs, list hygiene, and lead scoring
- Hands on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) for performance reporting and attribution
- Experience working cross functionally with IT or product teams to build or integrate marketing tools and automation
- Analytical mindset with comfort in dashboards, attribution models, and testing frameworks
- Excellent communicator who can translate data into strategy and strategy into creative briefs
