Job Description
Vidalytics seeks an AI native Performance Marketing Manager to lead ROAS-driven campaigns for a SaaS video hosting platform designed for performance marketers. This remote role centers on paid media across Meta, Google/YouTube, and LinkedIn, with ownership of funnel performance and VSL messaging, close collaboration with creative and CRO teams, and the ongoing shaping of a testing roadmap while exploring new acquisition channels.
Responsibilities
- Own ROAS and all key ad performance metrics, managing campaigns on Meta, Google/YouTube, and LinkedIn where applicable.
- Oversee campaign performance from click to conversion, focusing on how leads convert rather than only ad delivery.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and the CRO team to enhance landing pages and funnel flows.
- Help define and evolve the creative and funnel testing roadmap.
- Analyze weekly data and provide insights to inform copy, creative, and targeting decisions.
- Create and test ad creatives personally while partnering with the internal creative team.
- Own the messaging strategy for VSL funnels and work with copywriters to improve conversions.
- Track results meticulously, focusing on CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and LTV.
- Manage the creative testing lifecycle, including hooks, angles, CTAs, and formats.
- Ensure accurate tracking across Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, third-party analytics, and custom tracking.
- Set up and optimize top, middle, and bottom of funnel campaigns (TOF/MOF/BOF).
- Run ads across varied funnel types such as trials, information, and book-a-call campaigns.
- Plan and test new acquisition channels when it makes sense, aiming for scalable ROI (e.g., Google Search, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years running Meta Ads with monthly budgets of at least $15k; higher budgets are common for this role.
- AI native marketer with a full-stack skill set, leveraging AI Agents, LLMs, and Claude Code; consistently testing the latest tools.
- Strong focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV, with demonstrated ability to move these metrics.
- Direct response mindset prioritizing leads and conversions over vanity metrics.
- Experience with audience segmentation, behavioral retargeting, and creative hypothesis testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in tracking and attribution, including Meta Pixel, CAPI, UTM setup, and related tools.
- Background in SaaS, info products, or high-ticket offers.
- Ability to collaborate closely with a creative team to move quickly and sustain constant testing.
- Availability for working hours with strong overlap to the Eastern US time zone; further discussion possible.
