Job Description

The Performance Marketing Manager at Cater Home Services will focus on scaling customer acquisition while supporting brand building. This hybrid role in Round Lake, IL emphasizes paid media execution, lead generation performance, funnel and landing page optimization, tracking key marketing metrics, and incentive-driven results in an early-stage environment.

Role Focus

In this position, you will take an acquisition and brand-building mindset, with ownership of how marketing activities translate into measurable customer outcomes. The role includes managing paid channels and optimizing the full journey from initial engagement through lead capture and follow-on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong focus on customer acquisition and brand building.
  • Plan, run, and optimize campaigns using Meta and Google Ads.
  • Own lead generation efforts, including funnel development and execution.
  • Conduct creative testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage landing pages to support conversion and lead quality.
  • Perform SEO / local search activities.
  • Run retargeting campaigns to re-engage prospects.
  • Support direct marketing initiatives including direct mail and neighborhood marketing.
  • Track and evaluate performance using CPL, CAC, and ROI.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Demonstrate an obsession with customer acquisition and brand building.
  • Understand and apply Meta and Google Ads.
  • Understand lead generation and how funnels contribute to outcomes.

Compensation and Incentives

The salary range is $40,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year. Compensation may include base pay plus aggressive performance incentives. There is also potential for both the role and compensation to grow substantially as the company expands.
