Job Description

Yellowstone.ai seeks a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing day to day, run launches, and manage paid and organic channels across communications, content, and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the founder and own marketing day to day across product launches, video, social media, email, dealer materials, and agency relationships.
  • Own planning and execution for launch marketing, including positioning, messaging, timeline, launch video, and PR.
  • Pick up the camera, write posts, and build/maintain the product catalog.
  • Measure performance across channels and use data to decide what to do next.
  • Decide what to build in-house versus what to delegate to agencies as the team grows.
  • Coordinate pro staff, VIP customers, dealers, and outfitters to support launch execution.
  • Coordinate Meta and Google ads with the agency, including providing raw content, ensuring creative follows brand identity and speaks to hunters, and supporting improvements toward better return on ad spend.
  • Provide booth and show marketing support, plus dealer and outfitter communication before, during, and after trade shows.
  • Produce a product catalog and one-pagers optimized for a crowded show floor.
  • Own organic social strategy, calendar, and posting.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to rank appropriately for AI search optimization (AEO/GEO).
  • Run email, SMS, and lifecycle campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, either directly or by managing an agency.
  • Grow and manage the ambassador program.
  • Own updates to yellowstone.ai by building and editing the site with Claude.
  • Create in-store collateral for shops and outfitters carrying the cameras, including displays, signage, and handouts.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-end commercials and product video, plus maintain a steady flow of field content (directly or via outside crews).
  • Coordinate with pro staff and customers to generate incoming video and static content for field content creation.
  • Set up and manage tracking for analytics and attribution, identify what drives sales, and use AI where it helps.
  • Expect some travel for trade shows, expos, and shoots.

Requirements

  • 3+ years owning marketing for a product or brand.
  • Experience leading at least one product launch from initial planning through final results.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with familiarity with ROAS, MER, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Comfort working in Shopify, Google Analytics, and ad platform reporting, making decisions based on numbers.
  • Experience using AI as a force multiplier, including using tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for writing, research, analysis, and faster execution, including running website work.
  • Understanding of where AI helps and where it does not.
  • Ability to shoot and edit video, write copy that sounds human, and design a catalog or one-pager suitable for dealers.
  • Email and SMS program experience; Klaviyo experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing a paid media agency or running Meta and Google ads directly; ability to distinguish good creative and strong numbers from weak performance.
