Job Description
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist in generating demand through search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and content marketing. The role involves collaborating with the content team to create and distribute high-quality content that leverages Large Language Models, HubSpot CRM content, and lead nurturing campaigns. It also includes management of the global social media calendar and providing website and digital marketing reporting alongside data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Propose and implement social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
- Create engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform and audience
- Coordinate social media advertising campaigns, audience targeting, and budgeting
- Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns supporting events, newsletters, promotions, and automated sequences using email platforms
- Segment email lists, personalize content, and run A/B tests on subject lines and CTAs
- Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns
- Perform keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases
- Optimize website content, meta descriptions, titles, and other on-page elements for SEO
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console and identify areas for improvement
- Stay informed about algorithm updates and best practices
- Contribute to planning digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and display advertising in alignment with goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Assist in setting KPIs for campaigns and track progress against goals
- Contribute to buyer personas and customer journeys; collaborate with the content team to plan and distribute high-quality content
- Leverage AI tools and Large Language Models to brainstorm ideas, generate drafts, optimize headlines, and craft social captions while preserving brand voice and factual accuracy
- Ensure content is SEO-friendly and aligned with campaign objectives; promote content across channels and maintain brand voice when using AI tools
- Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Provide data-driven recommendations for optimization and present findings to stakeholders
