Use AI and other marketing technology to improve research, organization, content development, and workflow efficiency.
Organize marketing projects, deadlines, calendars, files, and campaigns.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, training materials, and marketing documentation.
Track marketing activity, lead sources, appointments, and department performance.
Coordinate with Sales, Call Center, Production, Events, and other departments to support marketing initiatives.

Help convert company activities, customer projects, and events into engaging marketing content.

Skills and experience

Comfort learning, receiving feedback, and developing new skills.
Ability to work with employees, managers, customers, and multiple departments.

Helpful background

Previous professional marketing experience is helpful, but strong skills built through college, internships, freelance work, personal projects, organizations, or hands-on experience are also welcome.
Especially valuable experience includes social media management; Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager; Canva; CapCut or similar editing tools; photography and videography; content calendars; digital advertising; website management; SEO; Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; CRM or lead-management systems; event marketing; and marketing analytics/reporting.
