Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist

Input 1 LLC, operating as gotoPremiumFinance, is seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to oversee social presence and produce content tailored to insurance industry audiences. This hybrid role in Thousand Oaks, CA combines social strategy with direct creation across writing, graphics, and short-form video, including paid social management and event content capture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social channels including LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit
• Create social copy, blogs, graphics, and short-form video
• Run and optimize paid social campaigns using LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
• Track performance metrics and apply data insights to refine social and content strategy
• Support social presence for executive and sales team accounts
• Capture and produce content at industry events and conferences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years managing B2B or corporate social media accounts with measurable results
• Strong copywriting capabilities for both short-form and long-form content
• Proficiency with professional creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience with paid social ad platforms and campaign management

Location and Compensation

This position is based in Thousand Oaks, CA and is hybrid. Pay range is $33 to $43 per hour (USD).
