Job Description

CD Financial is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own growth marketing execution from start to finish. This role is based onsite in San Juan Capistrano, CA and focuses on turning strategy into hands-on delivery across video and content, email and automation, events, and monthly performance reporting.

You will manage a predictable cadence and be accountable for results, including video output for YouTube and short-form distribution elsewhere, lifecycle email messaging via automation, and consistent event programming. The goal is clear: measurable improvements in social and email engagement, full seminars and client events, and a marketing process that runs smoothly without last-minute reminders.

What you’ll own

Video and content production: film it, edit it, and cut it for retention with graphics, captions, hooks, and clear CTAs; build and maintain the calendar; create long-form content for YouTube and short-form for other channels; repurpose raw material into blogs and articles.
Email and automation: run email and automation in ActiveCampaign, including drip campaigns and segmentation; manage lifecycle sequences for anniversaries and client milestones; test, review performance, and improve results.
Events: run monthly evening seminars (with you there), bi-annual client events, client gifting, and outreach through follow-up.
Newsletter delivery: design and oversee the monthly newsletter so it goes out on time.
Monthly reporting: deliver a one-page report once per month covering what moved, what did not, and what is next.

What you bring

3+ years of marketing experience with growth outcomes you can quantify (preferred).
Strong video editing skills (non-negotiable).
Experience growing a YouTube or social channel and showing before-and-after results.
ActiveCampaign (or a comparable CRM automation platform).
High organization and deadline discipline, with a process that keeps you ahead of timing.
