Bilingual Marketing and Social Media Director

Join JK Med Spa in an on-site, hands-on marketing role where your creativity directly supports a growing medical aesthetics and wellness environment. You will help shape and grow the JK Med Spa brand with bilingual English/Spanish marketing that connects with the Spanish-speaking community.

Location: Norfolk, NE (onsite)
Pay: $20.00 - $30.30 per hour
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, flexible based on needs

What you’ll do

• Plan, create, and manage social media content for JK Med Spa
• Photograph and record treatments, staff, events, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Create and edit engaging Reels and short-form videos
• Write captions and marketing copy, including promotional copy, advertisements, and other content
• Develop creative campaigns intended to increase engagement, leads, and appointments
• Maintain consistent brand presence across marketing platforms
• Build and manage content calendars for promotions, events, services, and team features
• Translate advertising and marketing content from English to Spanish
• Support marketing designed to connect with the Spanish-speaking community
• Spot content opportunities and take initiative to capture them
• Assist with website, email, SMS, print, and digital marketing content as needed
• Monitor social media performance and identify which content generates results
• Collaborate with the team on promotions, launches, events, and new marketing ideas
• Travel between JK Med Spa locations when needed for content, events, and marketing projects

What you bring

• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong written communication in both languages
• Highly motivated, dependable, and self-directed work style
• Creative approach with comfort bringing new ideas to the table
• Education or experience in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Experience with photography and creating high-quality visual content
• Experience recording and editing video
• Ability to create Reels and short-form social media videos
• Strong content writing and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with current social media trends and platforms
• Strong organization skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfort working independently while collaborating with a team
• Confidence working with staff and guests to capture authentic content
• Willingness and ability to travel between locations as needed
