Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist position at UFRESOURCES CORPORATION is a hands-on role centered on owning paid advertising end to end. You will develop concepts, manage significant ad budgets, execute multi-channel campaigns, and report performance with practical, data-driven recommendations. The role is based in Bradenton, FL with an onsite schedule.

Role Summary

This role focuses on direct ownership of paid media across paid social and leading paid search platforms, including creative development, media planning and optimization, and performance reporting. You will manage six-figure annual budgets, apply practical use of AI tools in day-to-day workflow, and maintain measurement quality through consistent tracking and conversion attribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop original campaign concepts and present them to leadership with a clear rationale, including angle, audience, offer, and timing.
  • Write paid advertising copy across formats, including headlines, body copy, calls to action, video scripts, captions, and email and direct-mail copy.
  • Set visual direction by briefing the media and graphics team with references, storyboards, specifications, and intent, then review, redirect, and approve assets until they perform as intended.
  • Stay hands-on when speed matters, including the ability to rough out concepts, create a quick video, or build creative variants without relying on a production queue.
  • Adapt a strong idea into each channel format, including vertical and square video, static graphics, carousels, display sizes, longer-form video, print and mail pieces, and on-site and email placements.
  • Maintain brand voice, visual identity, and consistent messaging across every channel where the brand appears.
  • Build and maintain a creative library so proven concepts can be refreshed and rerun instead of rebuilt from scratch.
  • Determine where campaigns run and when, including channel mix, budget weighting, scheduling and dayparting, seasonality, and how touchpoints sequence across a prospect journey.
  • Build and launch campaigns spanning social media, direct mail, video, and event and email marketing, including search, display, automated performance campaigns, and video placements.
  • Own budget allocation across platforms, campaigns, and audiences, pace spend against monthly and annual targets, and flag variances early.
  • Manage day-to-day performance via bid strategies, audiences, retargeting, placements, frequency, and creative rotation, and identify waste, audience overlap, and creative fatigue before month-end.
  • Run structured A/B tests across creative, copy, offers, audiences, and landing pages, and document test learnings.
  • Shape landing pages, lead forms, and conversion paths to turn ad clicks into qualified leads.
  • Report on spend, cost per click, click-through rate, cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend, including recommendations for where budget should go next.
  • Maintain tracking integrity using platform pixels, server-side conversion APIs, in-platform conversion tracking, web analytics, and consistent UTM tagging.
  • Evaluate emerging platforms and formats and recommend which should be tested, with a point of view.
  • Design controlled tests with a stated hypothesis, capped budget, success threshold, and decision date.
  • Translate channel performance into repeatable programs, including creative templates, placement cadence, tracking, and reporting.
  • Provide candid guidance on where spend belongs and where money is better left alone.
  • Use AI tools fluently across creative concepting and variation, copywriting drafts, image and video production, audience and keyword research, data summarization, and reporting.
  • Integrate AI into the marketing workflow using practical prompts, templates, and lightweight automations that shorten production cycles without lowering quality.
  • Evaluate and recommend new AI platforms and features as they emerge, distinguishing improvements from noise.
  • Apply sound judgment to AI-assisted work by fact-checking claims, protecting confidential information, following platform and industry advertising rules, and keeping a human review step before anything goes public.
  • Create and repurpose content for web pages, blogs, email, and social media based on themes that perform in paid campaigns.
  • Manage social media across relevant channels, including organic content and a working content calendar across diverse media types.
  • Optimize content for SEO and apply AEO and GEO principles to improve visibility in answer engines and AI-powered search.
  • Monitor comments and messages, escalate reputation concerns, and maintain consistent brand presence across platforms and business listing profiles.
  • Work directly with leadership and alongside the in-house media and graphics team, including turning concepts into clear direction for execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of direct, hands-on ownership of paid advertising, including personally building, launching, managing, and optimizing live campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience personally managing a six-figure annual advertising budget, including allocation, pacing throughout the year, and results accountability.
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-modal digital media at meaningful scale, including paid social on dominant platforms and paid search on the leading search platform.
  • Practical working understanding of AI systems, including using AI tools for creative production, research, analysis, and workflow automation, along with judgment on where AI should and should not be used.
  • Hands-on creative capability, including writing copy and producing or directing visuals and video using current design, video, and AI-assisted production tools.
  • Comfort working with performance data by pulling numbers from ad dashboards and web analytics to support spending decisions without waiting for report creation.
  • Working knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, bid strategies, conversion tracking, and A/B testing methodology.
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, content planning, and organic social media.
