Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist

The Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist for Hollywood Perfect Smile is responsible for producing polished, luxury-style short-form video content for a cosmetic dentistry team. The role will support multiple office locations by creating engaging Instagram Reels and TikToks, managing publishing workflows, and monitoring content performance alongside internal partners.

Compensation

USD 55,000 - 60,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit high-quality Instagram Reels, TikToks, and other short-form videos.
• Capture patient transformations, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Generate creative content ideas and oversee the posting calendar.
• Create elegant, luxury-style graphics and write supporting captions.
• Collaborate closely with dentists and the marketing team.
• Track organic reach, engagement, follower growth, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Meta advertising and treatment coordination.
• Manage content for multiple dental office locations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant social media or content creation experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio of videos that the candidate has personally filmed and edited.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent photography, videography, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with beauty, aesthetics, luxury, or healthcare brands preferred.
• English and Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Must be available to work on-site in Miami and Hollywood.
