Job Description

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will lead strategy and execution of paid and organic digital initiatives for client accounts, driving AI-enabled automation, QAQC, and profitability, within a founder-led, hybrid office in the Nocatee area of Ponte Vedra, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the principal digital strategist for a portfolio of four client accounts, defining channel plans across SEO, GEO targeting, paid media, and content that align with MQLs, SQLs, and revenue objectives.
  • Lead client presentations, performance reviews, and roadmap updates, translating campaign data into actionable business insights.
  • Represent Mabbly's AI forward perspective to clients, illustrating how AI search tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and AI Overviews influence organic visibility and strategy.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Strategy teams in Chicago to ensure messaging, creative, and web builds are aligned.
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of Paid Lead and Organic Lead campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with client KPIs.
  • Maintain hands-on involvement by building and managing campaigns directly in Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn as needed; this role is not purely supervisory.
  • Support team members with campaign planning, QAQC, and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Coordinate freelance resources for technical SEO, CRO, and other specialized needs.
  • Coach team members in digital best practices, AI tool adoption, client communication, and analytical thinking.
  • Use Claude, Claude Cowork, Notion, and other AI tools daily to accelerate research, strategy, reporting, and campaign analysis.
  • Help build, train, and improve Mabbly's internal AI agents, including automated account health monitoring and weekly performance summaries.
  • Identify workflows suitable for automation (reporting, audits, QAQC, competitive research) and implement AI-driven solutions to free the team for higher-value work.
  • Establish and maintain QAQC processes for dashboards, reporting, and client deliverables.
  • Run pulse checks between reporting cycles and propose optimizations before the client requests them.

Requirements

  • 4 to 10+ years in digital marketing with expertise across SEO, paid media, and analytics.
  • At least 2 years leading teams and managing client relationships, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Proven ability to present strategy and performance to executives and C-level stakeholders is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset that connects campaign data to pipeline metrics and revenue impact.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency: daily use of LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) with concrete efficiency or quality gains; experience with Claude Cowork, Claude Code, MCPs, or building AI agents and automations is a strong plus.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI's influence on the agency model, with a drive to experiment, test, and adopt innovations.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and pace, including operating in a setting that is evolving as the office is built and the agency is scaled.
