This pivotal role involves developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with creative flair, enabling them to manage content creation, SEO, paid advertising, and website management.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage and optimize the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is current, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO tools to improve organic rankings and visibility.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social platforms to maximize ROI.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media that resonates with target audiences.
- Coordinate social media management across platforms to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to improve user experience and increase leads or sales.
- Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Photoshop and Creative Suite for visual content creation.
- Use marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns and nurture leads.
- Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, performance marketing, and e-commerce to keep strategies current.
- Maintain detailed reports on campaign performance and analyze data to inform future initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in digital advertising standards and privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing management with emphasis on website administration and online advertising campaigns.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Moz; familiarity with Google Ads (AdWords) platform.
- Experience in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and social media management.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar CMS for website updates and maintenance.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website customization.
- SQL skills for data analysis tasks.
- Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics to track performance metrics.
- Background in managing paid campaigns across social platforms including Facebook Advertising.
