Job Description
The Marketing Specialist role at Franklin Energy / AM Conservation focuses on the tactical execution of integrated marketing campaigns across designated areas, coordinating with client marketing, marketing strategy, and creative teams to ensure on-time, on-strategy delivery. This is a remote position with a compensation range of USD 60,000 to 70,000 per year and requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field and a minimum of three years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure tactical deliverables are completed on time, with quality, and aligned to the overall strategy within designated area(s).
- Collaborate with client marketing, marketing strategy, and creative services teams to plan and execute campaigns and tactics.
- Serve as the primary expert for your designated areas, including processes, tools, and technologies; assist with onboarding and act as a resource for support.
- Submit creative briefs and requests to the creative team through the digital workflow tool.
- Provide revision feedback to completed designs as needed.
- Assist the creative team with copy development for marketing materials.
- Maintain project visibility by using the marketing project management system, keeping work on track and stakeholders informed.
- Coordinate workflows, review cycles, and approvals of marketing materials from multiple internal and external parties.
- Implement and manage assigned tactics, including content creation, template design updates, calls-to-action, landing page development, workflow automation, A/B testing, and metrics reporting; collaborate with the creative team as needed.
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships across marketing and related teams to share knowledge and leverage best practices.
- Act as a point of contact and support for internal customers, leading communications and management of tactics.
- Mentor colleagues in areas of expertise.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement faster, smarter, higher-quality methods of executing within assigned areas and channels.
- Contribute to a positive, fast-paced, creative, and innovative marketing team environment.
Requirements
- Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify issues and lead project management of tactical elements within integrated campaigns.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and solve practical problems.
- Familiarity with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar tools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field; minimum of 3 years of experience.
