Job Description

John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning is seeking a PPC Marketing Administrator to join onsite in Riviera Beach, FL. This position offers a salary range of USD 65,000 to 80,000 per year and a benefits package that includes a 401(k), health insurance, dental coverage, vision coverage, and a referral program. You will collaborate with marketing leadership, sales leadership, and agency partners to turn paid advertising into qualified leads and revenue.

The PPC Marketing Administrator will manage the day-to-day operations, optimization, reporting, and administrative support for the company’s paid digital advertising efforts. The focus is on lead generation, campaign performance, budget accountability, and data accuracy across channels, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and sales goals.

Position Summary

The role oversees ongoing management and optimization of paid media across Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms. It requires partnering with internal teams and external agencies to ensure advertising spend drives qualified leads and measurable revenue, while maintaining accurate attribution and robust reporting across campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA), Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and budget pacing to stay on track with goals.
  • Keep campaigns active, compliant, and properly configured across all channels.
  • Coordinate campaign launches, updates, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Maintain campaign tracking and documentation for visibility and accountability.
  • Monitor lead flow generated through paid advertising channels.
  • Track lead quality, conversions, booked appointments, and revenue attribution.
  • Identify trends and opportunities that impact campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience to improve lead conversion outcomes.
  • Ensure proper lead source attribution within CRM and ServiceTitan.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Track KPIs such as CPL, cost per booked appointment, cost per sale, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and reporting tools for visibility across teams.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements across campaigns.
  • Serve as the liaison between the company and digital marketing agencies, coordinating requests and reviews.
  • Ensure agency deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Review invoices and validate advertising spend against plans.
  • Track campaign budgets and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Maintain accuracy of tracking systems and reporting platforms, including call/form tracking and lead attribution setup.
  • Audit campaign data for inconsistencies and support CRM and ServiceTitan reporting initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing calendars and campaign schedules; maintain SOPs and marketing documentation.
  • Assist with promotional planning and execution; support marketing meetings and reporting packages.
  • Complete ad hoc projects and reporting requests as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of digital marketing, PPC administration, marketing operations, or related experience.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics is preferred.
  • Experience with Meta Business Manager is preferred.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
