Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Dallas, Texas based hybrid Digital Marketing Specialist role supporting Live Events and Pyrotecnico.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute digital campaigns with a clear aim of transforming audience engagement into revenue.
- Act as the primary internal point of contact for the company’s third-party SEO and Google Ads agency, providing direction, reviewing performance, and ensuring campaigns align with business goals.
- Maintain a solid working knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Ads to evaluate agency recommendations, ask informed questions, and communicate results to leadership.
- Collaborate with the agency on keyword strategy, campaign optimization, and performance reviews.
- Lead website strategy in partnership with external website design vendors.
- Perform minor website updates and ongoing maintenance as needed.
- Maintain working knowledge of website hosting and infrastructure tools including WordPress, Elementor, Figma, DNS, and domain hosting.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage campaigns, track leads, adjust workflows, and report on funnel performance.
- Maintain accurate campaign data and provide regular reporting on KPIs to leadership.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a marketing coordination role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to track assets and meet deadlines for multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors/agencies.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with an eagerness to learn new marketing technologies and platforms.

Work Environment
This position is based in an in-person office environment. Regular on-site collaboration with internal teams and cross-functional partners is required. Flexibility for hybrid work may be available on a limited basis, subject to manager approval and business needs.
Physical Demands

This role primarily involves prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer, with frequent use of hands and fingers to operate standard office equipment. Occasional standing, walking, or movement between office or event locations may be required. The position may also require the ability to lift and carry items up to 15 pounds on an occasional basis.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, on-site position. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, generally 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or similar, depending on location and business needs.
Travel
Travel up to 10% may be required.
