Clear Lakes Dental is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to guide in-house marketing initiatives across our clinics and future franchise development. This onsite role in Little Canada, MN centers on data-driven decision making, website management, and a mix of digital marketing, recruitment marketing, and brand growth as the organization expands.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive clinic visibility
- Track conversions, cost per lead, and overall campaign performance
- Build and refine landing pages to improve engagement and conversion
- Analyze website traffic and marketing analytics to inform strategy
- Enhance search engine optimization across multiple websites
- Maintain and update WordPress sites
- Create new landing pages and update clinic information, provider bios, and marketing content
- Monitor website performance, forms, and user experience
- Design promotional materials in Canva
- Develop recruitment marketing campaigns
- Produce newsletters and email marketing campaigns
- Create educational marketing content
- Produce AI-generated videos using modern marketing tools
- Build direct mail campaigns for dentist recruitment
- Manage incoming dentist leads and coordinate follow-up campaigns via email, phone, and text
- Maintain CRM pipelines and marketing automations
- Track campaign performance
- Review CallRail recordings and marketing data
- Analyze Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and visitor behavior
- Present monthly marketing reports and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing ROI
- Support new clinic openings and franchise marketing initiatives
- Create marketing assets for multiple departments and help develop new growth strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
- Creative and enjoys bringing new ideas to life
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with leadership
- Analytical and enjoys using data to improve results
- Detail oriented with excellent communication skills

Compensation and Schedule
- Compensation Range: $30-$35 per hour
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
