Graphic Design & Marketing, Sales, Data Entry & Customer Service Representative

Lakeshore Screen Printing and Embroidery is seeking a Graphic Design & Marketing, Sales, Data Entry & Customer Service Representative to help power day-to-day marketing and sales efforts, support online store operations, and ensure customers receive accurate, timely responses. This onsite role in Manitowoc, WI combines product and order data support with website updates, social media promotion, and customer communication across multiple channels.

What you’ll do

• Enter and maintain accurate product, customer, pricing, and order information in the company database
• Create, update, and manage online web stores for customers, teams, schools, businesses, and organizations
• Add and maintain store content including product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and other store details
• Use WordPress to update website content and product information
• Promote company services, products, and completed projects on social media
• Help develop social media content, including posts, photos, promotions, and announcements
• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, social media, and in person
• Support sales by handling leads, preparing quotes, following up with customers, and assisting customers in selecting products and services
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Enter and update information accurately using Google Sheets and other online tools
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and business development
• Coordinate with production and office staff to help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
• Perform general administrative and customer service duties as needed

What you bring

• Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, data entry, or office administration
• Experience with WordPress
• Experience using Google Sheets and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to learn new software and online systems quickly
• Comfortable communicating with customers and following up on sales opportunities
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with online stores, e-commerce, apparel, screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products is a plus
