Responsibilities

Work with General Managers and Event Managers to identify sales opportunities and implement localized marketing campaigns.
Support restaurant openings, promotions, seasonal campaigns, special events, and operational initiatives.
Oversee restaurant-specific marketing efforts, including social media, digital marketing, email campaigns, graphic design support, and in-store collateral.
Maintain brand consistency across all locations for marketing materials and communications.
Contribute to marketing strategies aimed at guest acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Assist with digital advertising activities, including social media campaigns, SEO, Google Ads, influencer partnerships, and email marketing.
Coordinate partnerships and promotional opportunities with vendors, suppliers, and community organizations.
Organize professional photo and video shoots for menu items, cocktails, events, and promotional campaigns.
Track campaign performance and report on marketing initiatives and promotional effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in restaurants or hospitality.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media management, email marketing, SEO, and basic paid advertising.
Familiarity with CRM systems and guest database marketing.
Experience creating and coordinating marketing content.
Proven graphic design and content production experience, including email marketing, digital and print advertising, and promotional collateral creation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and brand growth.
Ability to work at a desk for extended periods and support on-site events, activations, and photo shoots as needed.
