Graphic Design & Amazon/Ecommerce Online Digital Marketing Specialist

Five Star Commerce is seeking a full-time Graphic Design & Amazon/Walmart Ecommerce Online Marketing Specialist to support client advertising efforts on Amazon and Walmart. This onsite role combines ecommerce graphic design work with day-to-day management of PPC campaigns, with training provided on the company’s broader Amazon and ecommerce processes.

Role Overview

You will manage Amazon/Walmart advertising campaigns for clients and contribute graphic design assets for ecommerce platforms. The role also includes progressive learning across key Amazon functions, including advertising strategy and operational topics as you develop.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphic design deliverables for ecommerce needs, including product images, A+ content, and videos.
• Manage client advertising campaigns using Amazon and Walmart advertising platforms.
• Communicate with clients through email and conference calls to support ongoing account needs.
• Recommend actions to improve Amazon/Walmart sales and profitability for each client.
• Coordinate projects and tasks to meet timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide management updates on client progress, needs, and future recommendations.
• Over time, learn additional aspects of Amazon including SEO, copywriting, graphic design, A+ content, storefronts, shipping and logistics, and related areas.

Requirements

• Graphic design experience.
• Knowledge of Amazon, Walmart, and the ecommerce industry. Previous Amazon/Walmart marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Pay-per-click advertising experience is a plus.
• Copywriting and internet marketing experience are a plus.
• Bright, willing-to-learn, team-oriented approach, including taking extra initiative during the training period to learn independently alongside formal training.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week for the foreseeable future, excluding vacations and holidays.
• Experience working at an ecommerce marketing firm or product brand is a plus.
• Must not own and actively manage an Amazon selling account. Any old seller account must be deleted before hire.
• Ability to speak a foreign language can be useful, but is not required.
• Must be able to work onsite in the Orem office. This role is not remote.

Work Environment

The team is based in the Orem, Utah area, with 12 team members. Work is typically during standard business hours (often 9 to 5), though schedules may vary. The workload can differ week to week, including weeks that may be less busy. Occasionally, client situations may require urgent attention, potentially on weekends or in the evening.

Compensation and Job Type

• Pay: $20/hour

Additional Notes and Career Path

• For some candidates with limited experience, Five Star Commerce may request up to a 90-day training period at a lower rate.
• Due to potential conflicts of interest across the brands served, employees are not allowed to own their own Amazon selling accounts.
• The role is designed to gradually transition into a project manager position, including managing larger projects, training other staff, handling a larger set of client issues, and training client employees.
• Typically after one to two years, a specialist may move into project management, which includes a significant pay increase and additional benefits.
