This full-time role oversees the planning, execution, and analysis of daily brand website operations, e-commerce activities, and digital marketing campaigns across social channels, promotions, and customer communications for Korean Red Ginseng Corp, Inc.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily operations of the brand site, including sales channels and social media profiles, while evaluating performance metrics.
- Lead the planning and execution of seasonal promotions and inventory management.
- Develop and monitor search engine marketing strategies and outcomes.
- Oversee social media activities and generate content for supervising agencies.
- Create email and text content aligned with promotional themes and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the agency to respond to customer feedback on a daily basis.
- Manage subscriptions and design customer lifetime value programs.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on website performance, customer behavior, and social activity for leadership.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing branded websites and social network accounts.
- Strong planning, analytical capabilities, and content creation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams with well-developed soft skills.
- Proven project management experience with a track record of driving growth momentum.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities with strategic, creative, and analytical thinking.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing trends and the industry landscape.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- High attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, Shopify, Google Ads/Analytics, Meta, TikTok, Amazon platforms, and AI-driven tools.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Holder of a valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development, Economics, or a related analytics field.
