Job Description

TRIO PINES USA INC is hiring a Marketing & Design Coordinator (Full time) to support day-to-day growth across Amazon operations and website marketing in a hybrid setup in Cerritos, CA. You’ll work with a team-focused environment that includes 401(k) and matching, health insurance, and paid time off, along with structured weekly reporting and cross-functional coordination.

What you’ll do

  • Handle order and return workflows, including customer inquiries via email and calls
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, including pricing, promotions, and overall visibility
  • Coordinate FBA shipments with the warehouse and support order processing and inventory alignment
  • Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to support sales goals
  • Develop and upload A+ Content in partnership with designers
  • Implement review strategies and oversee monthly deals, along with pricing audits
  • Audit website content, functionality, and performance and support visibility improvements
  • Analyze sales data and work to improve site effectiveness and performance
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to improve relevant KPIs
  • Lead weekly marketing meetings and deliver reporting
  • Assist with onboarding new sales channels such as marketplaces and affiliates

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce coordination
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central (FBA & FBM) and WooCommerce
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using marketing dashboards and analytics tools
  • Excellent organization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience coordinating with third-party service providers, designers, and agencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Commute to Cerritos, CA 90703 (required)
  • Relocation to Cerritos, CA 90703 (preferred), before starting work

Compensation and schedule

Full-time role with hybrid work in Cerritos, CA 90703. Pay is $25.00 to $29.00 per hour.
