Creative Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant

Support Pollos Asados El Canelo’s marketing and social media presence with graphic design and content strategy in an onsite, flexible part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Generate creative marketing concepts, social media ideas, and engaging content strategy
• Research current trends and brainstorm hooks, scripts, and promotional campaign angles
• Create professional graphics including advertisements, flyers, menus, and social media posts
• Support branding and help produce merchandise designs and other marketing materials
• Collaborate with the existing video production team to support campaign content
• Assist with organizing content calendars and tracking marketing projects

Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva
• Understanding of Instagram and TikTok and social media marketing
• Creative mindset with ability to develop original ideas
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Previous marketing or graphic design experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Spanish language required
• Graphic design portfolio required to apply
