Join FORWARD CORPORATION in Standish, MI to support marketing efforts with design that translates brand strategy into strong visuals.

Create and produce marketing materials across digital and print, including catalogs, email campaigns, brochures, social media graphics, flyers, and presentations
Partner with the T.R. McTaggart sales, service, design, and operations teams to develop content aligned to sales and marketing goals and brand standards
Assist with preparation of production artwork in coordination with the art and design team
Design original, innovative graphics for apparel products
Confirm apparel graphics display well across different apparel types and sizes and prepare designs for production
Track current trends in apparel graphics, color palettes, and decoration techniques
Contribute ideas during brainstorming and marketing strategy discussions, using existing brand strategy as the foundation
Deliver creative work on time while managing multiple priorities

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a graphic design or marketing role
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Ability to create visually appealing, cohesive designs
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and layout design
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Experience with video editing and basic animation
Knowledge of screen-printing, embroidery, and other apparel decoration methods
Familiarity with content management systems, email management systems, and social media platforms
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Corel experience is a plus; Canva or Figma experience is a plus
