Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operations leadership, project managers, and technical staff to draft or refresh proposals, statements of qualifications, brochures, resumes, project profiles, presentations, and other business development materials.
- Compile proposal packages across multiple software formats to ensure all criteria are addressed before the submittal deadline.
- Review and edit proposal content to maintain a consistent, one-voice tone across documents.
- Design graphics for proposals, presentations, announcements, and social media while upholding corporate branding guidelines.
- Support proposal team meetings, reviews, and interview preparation to shape strategic messaging.
- Proofread and standardize proposal text for grammar, clarity, and formatting consistency.
- Ensure compliance with RFP and SOQ requirements and maintain high-quality internal content and appearance of final deliverables.
- Coordinate production, reproduction, binding, and packaging to finalize submissions when required.
- Monitor and update numerous pursuit efforts in company approved software systems.
- Assist with maintaining the internal SharePoint site, including drafting news items and updates.
- Coordinate or support events such as trade shows, conferences, client events, and in-house activities.
- Coordinate annual company-wide programs such as sustainability reports and award or contest submittals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- An associate degree in marketing or communications.
- At least two years of experience in marketing or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and timely follow-up.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Solid editing and proofreading capabilities.
- Attention to detail to deliver high quality work.
- Ability to learn and use a variety of software, tools, and systems to support business needs.
- Proactive, resourceful problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps, especially Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative Cloud software.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Pre-employment drug screening in compliance with state regulations is required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Additional Information
