Marketing Graphic Design Specialist

Simformotion, LLC is hiring a Marketing Graphic Design Specialist for a hybrid remote role based in Peoria, Illinois. You will help create effective print and digital marketing assets, support interactive curriculum graphics, and contribute to website and content updates. This hybrid opportunity is headquartered in Peoria, IL. You must be able to drive to the office within 2 hours for several meetings each month.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop print and digital marketing collateral, including product briefs, infographics, digital ads, and email campaigns, and update materials as needed.
• Create interactive graphics for curriculums.
• Manage design work across multiple brands while following and maintaining brand guidelines.
• Coordinate and attend video shoots as needed, and edit video to produce promos and explainers.
• Support social media content development.
• Monitor and execute multiple initiatives and projects at the same time.
• Stay current with digital technology developments and make recommendations as needed.
• Assist with WordPress website management, including landing pages, data capture forms, and other website design needs.
• Troubleshoot functional issues in WordPress.
• Work with the internal marketing team to post fresh content on an ongoing basis, optimizing content for SEO, lead conversions, and engagement on company sites.
• Learn and understand product lines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing and graphic design.
• Proven proficiency and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Articulate Rise (additional creative, visual, interactive, and multimedia tools are a plus).
• Experience with website design and WordPress development, including understanding WordPress, plugins, and themes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working effectively independently and in teams.
• Passion for continual learning and applying what you learn.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills, with superior attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Sugar Market CRM is a plus.
