Adobe Design is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead AI-native ideation experiences for enterprise marketing teams. The Opportunity

You will help enterprise marketing teams ideate and plan campaigns by leveraging unstructured and structured data, working across complex planning scenarios with input from various sources. Responsibilities
- Simplify complex problems into practical design solutions grounded in research and data.
- Translate user needs into tangible designs and maintain alignment with researchers, data insights, and users.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering partners, guiding alignment through designs, workshops, and clear communication.
- Prototype ideas to life, visualizing proposed solutions with tools like Claude, Cursor, Figma, and exploring emerging options.
- Influence through collaboration and workshops with engineering, product, and design leadership to drive direction.
- Maintain a growth mindset by staying curious, informed, and adaptable in the evolving AI landscape; seek mentorship and feedback.
- Think in systems by connecting patterns across touchpoints and technologies to create cohesive end-to-end experiences.
- Explore fresh perspectives by crafting engaging experiences for marketers.
- Communicate with storytelling, using qualitative and quantitative data to inspire alignment and action.
Requirements
- A relevant degree
- 8+ years of equivalent experience in product design
- Exceptional visual, interaction, and prototyping design skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, Codex or other AI-powered design, prototyping, and collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and foster close collaboration between design, product management, and engineering
- Creative and analytical skills to facilitate research, synthesize insights, and identify design opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities
- Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, including testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility
- Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from IAAP are preferred
