Job Description
LawnSynergy.com is hiring an E-commerce Marketing & Design Specialist for an onsite role in Mooresville, NC. This position blends digital marketing execution with hands-on design work across e-commerce, email, social, and campaign assets. If you enjoy creating content that drives traffic and conversions, you’ll have the tools and platforms to make an impact.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms including Adobe, Shopify, Klaviyo, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and social media channels to increase traffic and conversions.
- Design product labels and packaging inserts to support brand presentation at the point of purchase.
- Create website elements, videos, email templates, and social media graphics using Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
- Manage website content updates through Shopify.
- Build and implement marketing automation workflows in Klaviyo for targeted email marketing that nurtures leads and supports customer retention.
- Partner with the content creation team on copywriting for product descriptions, ads, emails, and social posts aligned with brand voice.
- Use social media management tools to schedule posts, engage with followers, and grow the online community.
What you bring
- Strong Adobe Illustrator and Figma experience.
- Strong proficiency in Klavivo for email marketing automation and segmentation strategies and flows.
- Expertise designing UI/UX elements, including wireframes and prototypes, plus digital assets.
- Creative thinking to produce engaging marketing ad content.
- Video editing experience is a must.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & InDesign); HTML/CSS skills are highly desirable.
- Ability to submit a portfolio of your work.
- Experience requirements: Shopify (preferred 1 year) and graphic design (required 1 year).

Compensation and schedule
$55,000 - $65,000 per year. This is an in-person role in Mooresville, NC 28115. A flexible schedule is included.
