Job Description

Hartville Internal Medicine is hiring a Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy and execution for its healthcare compounding pharmacy in East Canton, OH.

Responsibilities

Plan and run integrated marketing initiatives across digital and print, including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and print advertising
Manage and improve paid campaigns on platforms including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other paid media channels to grow brand awareness and patient acquisition
Lead content marketing execution, including website, blog, newsletter, and promotional copywriting aligned with healthcare regulations and brand voice
Use marketing automation and analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track results, evaluate trends, and adjust strategy for maximum ROI
Administer the company website on WordPress, keeping content up to date and optimizing pages for search engines
Coordinate product management activities related to new service offerings and promotional campaigns in the healthcare sector
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, monitor competitors, and assess customer needs to support strategy
Partner with sales teams on B2B marketing initiatives supporting product sales and partnership development
Oversee marketing budget processes and support cost-effective use of resources
Create campaign visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite to support execution across multiple channels

Requirements

Proven digital marketing experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
Strong multichannel marketing background across social media, content creation, SEO, PPC via Google AdWords, and email marketing
Performance marketing experience with measurement and optimization using Google Analytics
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (highly desirable)
Experience managing websites on WordPress plus basic knowledge of HTML for content updates
Excellent copywriting skills with awareness of healthcare compliance standards
Print advertising experience and traditional marketing methods (plus)
Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
