Job Description

VR Business Brokers seeks a versatile professional to support its Fort Lauderdale corporate office in an on-site role that blends graphic design, web management, digital marketing, and administrative duties. The position offers a yearly salary of USD 45,000 to 55,000, a bachelor’s degree requirement, and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually engaging graphics for websites, email campaigns, social media, digital advertising, and print collateral.
  • Develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, signage, banners, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Ensure branding remains consistent across all corporate and franchise marketing assets.
  • Generate creative concepts and visual content that support marketing initiatives.
  • Edit and optimize photos, graphics, and assets for digital and print use.
  • Build, update, and maintain WordPress websites.
  • Manage website content, themes, plugins, and page builders.
  • Create and update landing pages and promotional pages.
  • Write, edit, and format HTML and CSS for websites and email templates.
  • Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
  • Monitor website functionality and coordinate updates as needed.
  • Create, design, and distribute email campaigns using Constant Contact.
  • Develop newsletters and promotional email templates.
  • Manage email lists and marketing databases.
  • Track and report email campaign performance.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communications.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
  • Develop graphics, promotional materials, and campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Monitor engagement and assist with social media management.
  • Implement SEO best practices and optimize website content.
  • Assist with online advertising campaigns and broader digital marketing initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership and corporate staff.
  • Answer phones, direct calls, and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, franchise training sessions, corporate events, and conference calls.
  • Maintain franchise records, marketing materials, and company files.
  • Assist with franchise onboarding and operational documentation.
  • Update and maintain CRM databases and franchise contact information.
  • Coordinate marketing material requests and distribution to franchise locations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and vendor communications.
  • Track project deadlines and assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Organize and maintain digital assets, content libraries, and marketing resources.
  • Support franchise recruitment and franchise development initiatives.
  • Handle confidential company and franchise information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in graphic design, web design, digital marketing, or a related area.
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites.
  • Proficiency with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience creating and managing social media content.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
